2nd October 1982: joined the Company as an apprentice for a three-year period in the field of intense current distribution.
1985: obtained his CAP in electro-mechanics and became a workshop electrician.
1990: became highly qualified in low voltage work and as a foreman, now supervising young apprentices.
1995: allocated to a major tertiary site as low voltage maintenance technician.
1995-1999: learned about the fire detection business.
1999: became site manager.

ŤI have a multi-facet job involving technical and commercial skills. Technical because I work on both preventive and remedial aspects. Commercial because I deal direct with our customers and provide them with recommendations. This is a job that requires a meticulous approach as well as initiative. It is a career I find satisfying in a serious company that knows how to motivate its employees. The apprenticeship policy is extremely important. INEO is a huge ship capable of great thingsť.
