Qualification: DEA in private law.
2002: joined INEO as human resources supervisor after spending four years in a consulting lawyer practice specialising in employment law at the British Museum library in London.
«Human resources supervisors (HRS) at INEO must enjoy working in the field and listening to employees and their needs. My job consists in deploying the human resources policy established by INEO and playing the role of facilitator, particularly in terms of social dialogue.
As any HRS, I am involved in collective bargaining, I head the provisional management of skills within the structure, I provide operational personnel with assistance on technical issues, set up training plans at the end of the annual appraisal interviews that I supervise. And this involves a payroll of 450 employees. It is a very complete job that requires a lot of initiative, good relational skills and the ability to persuade and to defend one’s position. The HRS at INEO are real partners who are required to be capable of presenting strong proposals. It is a rather enviable role.
