As a socio-economic actor, INEO has its share of responsibility for constructing an increasingly globalised and constantly changing world.

Responsibility to our personnel, to our clients and to our shareholders. The values we uphold on a daily basis are proof of this attitude as is our commitment to safety and to fighting discrimination.

Because our disciplines can involve danger, every day, we take care to anticipate risks and to safeguard the physical wellbeing of our employees.

Equipment, training and involvement of chairpersons of the CHSCT (Comité d’hygiène, dé sécurité et des conditions de travail = Committee for health, safety and working conditions), of assistant managers, of branch managers and business managers, a poster campaign deployed at all sites, site visits, practical cases of situations involving hazardous tasks, sending SMS … all helps to firmly anchor INEO aims in the minds of all: reducing accident levels by 20% in 2006.

Last year, 5 000 site managers were trained. In 2006, 7 000 operatives will undergo training. Ensuring that the term site is no longer associated with disablement but with safety.
